Why we visited your website

We build AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses that run real operations — warehousing, distribution, freight, field services. We read a few pages of your public website to understand what your business does and whether what we build could genuinely help you. That's it: research for our own outreach, done by reading what you've already published.

What we do and don't do

• We fetch a small number of public pages — typically your homepage and a few others — at most every couple of weeks, at a polite pace.
• We honor robots.txt, including Crawl-delay. Disallow us and we won't visit.
• If your site refuses a request even once, we stop and don't retry for at least 30 days.
• We do not resell your data, publish it, feed it to third parties, or use it to train AI models. It informs one thing: whether we reach out to you, and what we say if we do.
• We never touch login pages, forms, or anything non-public.

Opting out

Email bots@syntropy.systems with your domain and we'll add you to our permanent do-not-crawl list — usually within a day, no questions asked. Adding User-agent: SyntropyResearchBot / Disallow: / to your robots.txt works immediately, too.
